I want to insert words in red font in a word document. I set the font to red, type the word and it's fine. I then go to another part of the document and type a word, and it's back to black (like the rest of the document.)
Is there any way I can set the font to red so that it stays red no matter where I'm typing in the document?
No I don't think that there is. Anytime you insert the cursor to type a new word, it will automatically use the font/colour/size of the word around it. So even if you did change it to red, as soon as you insert a new word somewhere else, it will use black like the other words either side.
Thanks for your answers. I did some googling and found something called "track changes" in word. It's used for proofing a document and leaves the changed parts highlighted, which is basically what I was looking for.
