Problems with electrolux RM2262 caravan fridge/freezer

Hi there, Our RM2262 fridge/freezer for our caravan has suddenly stopped working. All lights are displayed as normal and we havent moved the caravan since setting up initially (we're on a seasonal pitch). Fridge and freezer is no longer cold and will not cool on gas or 240v. Does anyone know what's wrong or what we can do to fix it?
