It must have been light out at 8am even in Birmingham, the taxi driver must have seen the man at some point, had some sort of view of him yet no description whatsover that I can find in any of the news stories.

if the police wanted help then why didnt they give out a description which they must of had of the person they asked for help in catching ?

when i first saw the report of the story and posted on here earlier today there was no mention of any description or photo of the now known culprit.
