If that holder is all metal then it looks difficult to get knives in and out without blunting them.

One of the reasons Firewatch. There are many. Making loads of mint sauce using Fuchsia leaves is another. Nobody was curious as to why my mint sauce had no mint flavour and I didn`t notice til the fuchsia flowered.
