watched one today on the flat iron taking numerous photos of a car , all the side and back wondows, i guess to make a case that there was no ticket in any window, the woman who's car it was arrived from having queued for a ticket at the machine and just looked at the woman traffic warden, opened her driver door, stuck the ticket on the window and walked away, personally i admired her restraint.
