Annoying Nectar Bar

How do I stop that very annoying Nectar bar appearing when I open my ebay site ? It appears for almost a minute, preventing me getting to the drop-down menus, and then slides away. It is not on my Toolbars list.

Does it not have a cross in the right hand corner that you can click to make it disappear? I use that all the time as it comes on most of the sites I look at, but I collect nectar points so usually use it. -rosy
