The Story is about the Rise and Creation of Ancient Rome, the fact that they were "Raised by Wolves" was added in to make the Story more Mystical, Interesting and make the Fore-Fathers of Rome seem more Powerful, which is why the Romans included that, but no, it's about the Rise and Creation of Ancient Rome like I said.
