I look forward to two answers to which there will be no reply because I hate arguments...just not as much as pomposity and thoughtlessness.
Faced with a taxi bill of between £250 and £300 a week for eleven years for hospital treatment, friends and relatives only able to help on some of the trips and no way of finding that money, what exactly would you do? There is no possibility of moving closer to the hospital because one of you is also a carer for a mother with dementia.
Do be brave enough to answer. I am not being awkward. I really want to know.

And who could then be still bleeding from a fistula or vomiting. It`s not like giving a healthy fit person a lift. It really did have many complications.
