Cannot unblock my call barring - help!

To save money on my English mobile in Spain(as I have to pay half on incoming calls) I used the Orange code of 1111 to bar incoming calls, but now I want to unblock it and just cannot, I've tried the code 1111 and nothing (failed retry comes up) I've called Orange technicians and they said 1111 0r 1122, still blocked, driving me crazy as I need to use it. Any suggs please, thank you!

Its an Orange Monte Carlo (ZTE skate) and it's been unlocked.
