Mam, just a short tale, tis person I cared for lived in a semi, in the back garden to the left of the back door there was three steps that belonged to next door, there should have been a fence between the houses but had not been put up because of cost, regards there is a way to complain, I did in every possible way to try & help our service user, still no joy I went above the managers head because she was doing sod all to sort this out, my answer to this contact the local paper if need be, I contacted the owners of the house 15 times about this fence but they still would not sort it, that was untill I threatend them with the local paper, the fence was put up within a week. I take on board your responce Mam.
