Ultimate one day festival

Following the earlier post abnout the Olympic closing ceremony I would like to see people's ideas about an ultimate one day festival.

You can pick any six bands, dead or alive, to play this one day extravaganza, and they don't have to fit together in any way. If you fancy a folk artist on after a death metal band, and then a rap artiste, that is entirely up to you. There are no restrictions whatsoever.

However, if anyone tries to include Jedward I will withdraw your entertainment licence and the festival will be off, leaving you to expain the cancellation to thousands of disgruntled punters.

Toilets will be luxurious, wit fur lined seats and personal attendants. Tents will be state of the art and catering will be approved by royalty. This is a very special festival and you can pick any era of any group, dead or alive. Rain is forbidden.

I was thinking of changing it to a two day extravaganza as I want to broaden the range, (or, to tell the truth, I'm struggling to get down to six).

Kiki, you can have ther real ales because I don't like them at all but, without a substantial beer tent, there is no festival. Consider it done. Mines a Staropramen please?
