...but is it just me that thinks she puts about 10x as much in as she says she is LOL

Ok not 10x but she says a tea spoon
Or two tablespoons and she is shovelling the ingredients in LOL!!

I wonder if they just go through the motions to show how its done, and then show one that was "made earlier" as the finished result. I love Nygella as well but she does use some strange ingredients that i've never heard of and would'nt know where to get them, and I don;t beleive she eats as much as she makes out, she'd be as big as a house.
