Rear screenwash leak

I have a Ford Galaxy and the screenwash is leaking at the rear. Anyone know how to locate the tube? Front screenwash working fine.

the tube runs along the roof and into the tailgate thru the flexible rubber grommet/cowling. Its probably split there. I repaired one recently with a small piece of brake pipe pushed into the pipe coming form the roof and there was enough slack on the remainder to allow me to push the repair back into the roof section as obviously the pipe running thru the flexible rubber grommet/cowling has to be flexible. Any small bore pipe would do but brake pipe is an ideal diameter.

Thanks for the reply. I have now pinpointed the leak and it seems to be under the front passenger footwell. Any ideas how to access this area as it seems to be totally enclosed?
