There is a dead bird on my patio, I would be very grateful if one of the neighbourhood cats could pop over and take it away for me.....

No chance. It's the act of killing that's in their nature, not doing anything particular with the carcase.
2 of mine are stretched out asleep in the garden and one is behind the wardrobe because the window cleaners are here and she doesnt like the sound of the ladders. Will see what I can do but it might be some time!
Probably was one of them left it there!

It was a suicidal siskin that has broken it's neck flying into a window :-(
barb7771, that sounds a bit like our place, 2 Dobies and one scabby cat all flat out in front of a fan in the kitchen.
Idle bu99ers
Don't be a wuss................if it's big enough pluck it and eat it.
You'd need another 3 and twenty to make a pie.

A baby siskin isn't going to have enough meat on it for a canape! It would be like eating celery, more energy expended preparing/eating it than it contains.

I'll think I'll leave it to the night time visitors as a light snack.
Like our pride, lolling around waiting for something interesting to do, with some championship lolling going on. I'll ask them to help, but you know how it goes - "please hold your call is important to us, we'll get back to you as soon as possible, in the meantime here's some miaow-zac" :)
lol Eccles I've no idea what a siskin is................
If you want to speak to an advisor please press 0 after the one :)

Craft, they are small, very small. A blue tit would be a hearty snack in comparison......
peg on nose, carrier bag over offending thing, flip, twist and deposit in bin.
Remove peg, job done.

Nibble, sometimes I wonder about you :-D
Look up Taxidermist in yellow pages....they love stuffing little things and a Siskin is real pretty little thing...;-)
