Actually for China, a mild accident - I saw a bus go over someone's head near Hangzhou (Zhejiang Province) - riding a bicycle....brains go along way, I can assure you. One encouraging thing, the truck has tyres that actually have some tread - often they are as bald as the proverbial baby's bottom.

It is hypocritical for the DM - but true to form - bit like some of the readers it attracts.
