Have you looked in your account - your orders at the dropdown options beside the item? It may say No tracking etc and if you delve into that there may be something to help.Otherwise contact seller maybe?
Most parcel services now take a photo of your house when they deliver. I know this because I had a CD from Amazon and they claimed I was out when they tried to deliver it. They sent me the photo and it turned out the Amazon seller had put the wrong house number on.
I ordered an angle grinder (delivered and signed for) and also ordered spare discs. The spare discs is what didn't receive. The delivery driver turned up yesterday and questioned what I was disputing. I explained that it was a different order...yada yada. Later on that afternoon we received the discs via Royal Mail.
An hour later the delivery driver knocks again with a package. Amazon had not only re-sent the discs they'd also re-sent my previous order. Now I have 2 extra spray cans of glass frosting.
I'm debating...do I send them back? Or do I phone up and try to pay for them?
You never know when you might want to frost some glass!!!
