motion blur

I recently took some digital footage at a disco party ( all the usual flashing and coloured lights etc.) but unfortunately had the camera on the wrong setting for a low light environment. The result is the finished film although watchable suffered from motion blur. Is there any software that could somehow improve the clarity? I don't expect it's possible to eliminate it entirely (if at all) but any advice would be welcome. I cannot re shoot the footage as it was a wedding party and so a one off. Thanks Wammel
