I thought The Cribs were a diabolical racket better suited to a pub ful of drunks with no musical taste whatsoever, but The Black Keys were superb and the Foos really excelled. I hope you enjoyed your brief visit to God's own country?

I was looking for you earlier! The Cribs were pretty dire but the rest were awesome!! The Foo's were outstanding (I didn't expect any less of course!) And Belfast was lovely! I wish we had a few more days though :|

Where were you in the crowd? We managed to get right at the front! :D

I was pretty central but about a third of the way back. Big screen just to my left and the mixing desk not far away. Probably the best I've seen the Foos.

Were you on the 07:00 flight from Glasgow?

No... we flew from Glasgow on Tuesday at about half 11 and flew home at 7.15 this morning... I'm shattered now though! I've only had about 3 and a half hours sleep! I was just gonna go for sleep lol!!

Did you fly back to Glasgow? I was on the 08:05 Cheesyjey flight and am absolutely wrecked as we didn't get back to my mate's house until about midnighjt, and I had been up from 05:00 on Tuesday. I even fell asleep in the hospital waiting room this afternoon.

Seen them four times now.

Yeah, Glasgow.. we were with FlyBe though... We never got a taxi until half 12 and that was only by begging a taxi driver to come back for us after he dropped someone else off!! We managed to nab a black hack for our £35 fare to my mate's house in the middle of nowhere. Why didn't you walk back into town?

Did you catch Trucker Diablo? We were meeting some old friends in a pub in the city centre so we didn't get there until about five o'clock.

I saw about half of their set. They were great! I loved The Minutes as well! They were both Irish weren't they?

What pub were you in? We went to a bar for lunch and it was lovely. The Northern Whig...

Good God, I've not been in the Northern Whig for donkeys ages. We went to Wetherspoons as one of my mates is a postman and this suited his round, which he finished of course. He probably delivers Sandy's post.

If I had the money I would go to Leeds this weekend, just to see the Foos again. Trucker Diablo are from Northern Ireland but I know nothing about The Minutes. Were they formed when The Hours broke up?

Am listening to the madness of The Mars Volta at the minute.

Lol! I just know that they were excellent!

I've only heard a few pieces from The Mars Volta... I know that John Frusciante used to play with them. Now he is amazing!!

If you're going to try them out then I suggest the earlier stuff like, "De-loused in the Comatorium", or, "Frances The Mute". Off the wall but very interesting.
