Removing Fake Tan?

I applied self tan on saturday night, however I have a party on Thursday for which I would still like to be tanned. I know that by Thursday as my skin will have worn off in places, it wont look so great. I can't just slap another layer on top, as I'll be in the same position with the white patches by thursday, except it will look even worse! therefore I think that the only way to go will be to somehow get rid of the existing layer completely, as I usually wait for it to wear off before doing it again anyway. I am going to try and exfoliate it all off today and tomorrow so I can re-apply tomorrow night, but is there anything else I can use to speed the process along? Help!!

I'm sure that St Tropez make some tan remover wipes..maybe Boots sell them. Good luck x
Gemm. I'll make up for your first two useless answers!! As I know exactly the problem you have. Applying another "coat" to unevenly tanned skin doesn't seem to matter too much as it seems to even itself out. But I would do as you have already suggested and just exfoliate first, then apply moisturiser and then off you go with another coat. Have a good party on Thursday. Vics x

Thanks for everyones help, well all the useful people anyway! I exfoliated and moisturised last night before putting another layer on and it looks fine! I dont know what happened to the other strange answers, they were here this morning but gone now?? I dont know why people bother being like that, I'm not hurting them by asking am I! they obviously have way too much time on their hands! LoL
