Did anyone see this tonight. Absolutely fantastic. Now that is what should have been in the Opening or Closing Ceremonies.

Is it just me? I just wish they would show the whole Tattoo and not edit it down to only an hour. It used to be shown live on telly late on a Saturday night - I was there once on the night it was broadcast live great night too.
But my biggest bugbear is the commentator talking over the Black Bear at the very end it annoys me no end! Yes it was a great show

caran we turned over half way thru it was bloody good, the Swiss drummers were exceptional and the finale was something else.

yes and very enjoyable, but at the actual tattoo there are many international groups playing/dancing, in truth although not reflected on tv, IMO there are not enough pipers. !
