HONDA Civic 1.6LS Auto, Window wipers.

Beibg Disabled, I have a disability scooter, which I put in the back of the car, as its electric, I don't go out in the rain.

I have to go on a long trip later in the year, and went out and tested them, and they wern't working. I am sure the motors are ok, and a friend of mine checked all the 20amp and 30amp fuses, as it shows that the sunroof is on the same fuse (or so it says), and works, we assume its not that.

Can amyone who knows this car, shead any light on the subject.
I allway buy secondhand cars, and have had many, buut I have never had a wiper motor go.

The car isa HONDA civic 1.6LS Auto 1997, Hatchback. Petrol.

Ask your friend to check IF the Motor Is turning on the spline that is on the wiper arm, it could be the spline on the wiper it self has worn.

Again, is the person sure he / she has checked the rigt fuse?

How long since you used the wipers?
They're not stuck to the screen are they. Gently lift them up, replace and try again.
