The British Isles are made up of over a thousand islands both offshore and inland and this quiz contains clues to the names of 80 of them. There are many islands that share the same name but the answers are 80 different names: however remember that the British Isles includes Ireland. For all but a couple of answers you don't need to include Isle or Island in your answer. So if the clue was "A place for Kermit and his relatives" the answer would be "Frog" although we would accept "Frog Island". Of course there isn't a Frog Island or is there?
Copies of the quiz can be downloaded from http://www.billericaylions.com/quiz.htm and you can send your fee with your completed entry, or if you still want the thrill of receiving a paper copy in the post they can still be requested by sending a stamped, addressed envelope and entry fee to :-

Lions Club of Billericay,
PO Box 4359,
CM11 1HB
(Cheques \Postal Orders should be made payable to Lions Club of Billericay).
The closing date is Saturday 24th November 2012
Marked answer sheets will be returned on request after closing date.
After you have downloaded the quiz the sharp eyed amongst you will have noticed the quiz only contains 79 questions and question 33 is missing. Q33 is therefore voided but if you would like to know what it should have been, it was ‘Cross MacArthur Bridge to get to the park in Detroit’. We include the answer with the other 79 at the end of the quiz.
On some early version of the Q37 should read – “RGB (255, 255, 255)” - This has been corrected on the download.
