Nope. Immediate family and loved ones only.
Coming from a family with a history of kidney disease I probably wouldn't as there might be someone close who might need one of mine, or else I might need one of theirs. Otherwise I'm not sure, I might
mum i've seen what your kidneys put you through, i think you should keep them but anything else would be handy. I've always said I'd never do it but recently been thinking about it.
the USA involves a bucket load of money - no Aids, no kidney or liver diseases, a rare blood group and BINGO, las vegas here I come.

Just don't know - on a purely mechanical level you only need one, but what if that one starts to fail ... but I've seen what people waiting for a transplant are going through ...
Difficult one. If I was physically capable, which I'm not for medical reasons, I might, but as previous mentioned what happens then if your remaining one fails or someone close needs one?
