Cycling in Olympics and Paralympics
Hi
Following the disqualification of Victoria Pendleton in the Olympics and Jody Cundy in the Paralympics, does anyone else think that it's about time the rules were changed ? At present if the Commissaire decides "an offence" has been committed and DQ's the rider, then there is no appeal allowed, his decision is final. I find this very draconian. Any thoughts ?

I haven't seen JC's problem yet, so can't comment, but if you clearly break the rules, its not draconian...just the Commissaire doing his job.
