I'm heating up a lasagne in the oven. Should I cover it with tinfoil while I'm heating it or not? What difference does it make?

I always cover with foil and then take the foil off 15 minutes before end of cooking time. If it's a twice-baked lasagna, you'll need to add more sauce to the top.

The hamburger name is geographical rather than content derived.
Pah, Mick! You're always emailing me for cooking tips..
You never listen... I keep telling you it is Lasgne not lasagna.
Mick, did you remember to pierce the can of baked beans before you stuck it in the microwave?
lasagne even
Bung it in the microwave, then take a blow torch to the top to brown it (brown the lasagne, not the microwave).

Just make sure you don't set the kitchen on fire with the blow torch.
^^^And most definitely don't put any tinfoil on it before bunging it in the microwave. Or sparks will fly.
