in answer to your question yesterday about the hoover....yes, it is b****y brilliant! i've got three cats and for the first time in years, a hoover has dealt with the problem of hairs all over the place. the carpets have actually changed colour (back to a better, original colour) and when walking on them barefoot, they feel lovely. it does everything it says it does...the only downside was having to empty it a couple of times per room as it had picked up so much hair. the best thing i have bought in ages x

Lcg, I have had mine for 3 years now, I have 8 cats, 4 dogs, and chocolate brown carpets, there brilliant, my sister bought the animal but not the ball, it is no where near is good as mine.
