Just after reading postings whereby one poster was asking another would they like their email address. How is this done without the whole of AB knowing it. Thanks in advance.

make up a throwaway email address. eg sign up for one on Hotmail, give it out, and never go back to it once you're got the information you want. It'll get deleted after a month of disuse.

Unless you use a throwaway address, you can't - it's against Site Rules to post personal details on the site.

You can not do it in secret. Doing it in a round about way is also not allowed for good reason.

Your intention is probably well meant but, while some may consider it to be fun to *** people off here in public, it is awfully cowardice to do it behind their back. There have been previous 'meetings' of AB members in the past that always led to nastiness.
