Is it really bad for you to reuse plastic bottles? Or is it just a myth??

It can be bad if you refill a plastic bottle and leave it in the sun - there is research that if you have a bottle of water in the car, the action of the sun on it can produce toxins in the water. Otherwise no, I don't think so - I reuse plastic water bottles all the time.

i make diluted juice in plastic bottlsand then put them in the freezer and make them into slush puppies,yummy.
