Doesn't sound like it to me - the rellies who suffer with this get noticeable bloating on the left side of the abdomen during a coouple of days max, followed by urgent and often watery evacuation.
Sorry to be so detailed.
I'd really really pester your GP about this Gordie.
I have diagnosed IBS and my symptoms are different, although rarely do I get colon pain
But they are for everyone so it could be
Wait for your colonscopy and you will at least find out something
No....sorry....it sounds more like diverticulitis........no big deal.
I am a long term sufferer of IBS (diagnosed). As ojr says symptoms vary from person to person. I don't know what it is to be constipated!
Same lofty :(
Bloomin awful sometimes
sqad, really no big deal? That's very painful at times
As my mother has suffered with IBS & developed Chroen's disease as well, this doesn't read as an IBS type of illness. Hope you'll feel better soon:)
ojread....." no big deal" in the sqad vernacular means.....not life threatening.
:) I see what you mean now sqad
