swf file

I have been sent an swf file and even though I have flashplayer installed it will not open, the person who sent it can use it but I cannot? This is the file I am trying to open

This is not a file that you have been sent, but merely a link to a file on the internet. If I click this link I get a 503 "service not available" message.
Have a look at this:

You may need a program or some codec pack that plays swf. I suggest that you try SWF file player from http://swfplayer.info/
It will allow you to view this flash file.
The program is virus-free and provided at no cost.
