I know answers have been given about the wretched Babylon toolbar that resists all attempts to remove it, but has anyone actually removed it!
I have a friend who has suddenly found this toolbar on their laptop. They are running Windows 7, Firefox and Google Chrome internet provider, and it's proving resistant to all efforts to clear it.
BTW, Babylon only gets installed if the user installs it. If people were just a little more careful about reading the screen when installing stuff from the Net, it wouldn't be a problem.

Yes I agree with your comments about reading the screen when installing stuff off the net, but my friend is adamant that they had not installed anything from the net recently.
Please accept my apology for any inconvenience.
