what the difference between medical negligence and medical malpractice ?

i think malpractice is if they do something wrong, i think negligence is if they ignore something that they should do

Malpractice - wrong done by deliberate decision

Negligence - wrong done my avoidable mistake, where the professional acted in a way that was below the standard of anybody with the same qualifications and expertise.
