I had a small hiccup with a payment. I paid what I had at the time and the rest followed the day after and they got a wee bit extra. But I then get a letter telling me I had to pay the missing amount, plus what I was over by and 2 charges. So I called and lost the plot with some guy who made me so mad I hung up on him because he was as much use as a chocolate fireguard. Fast forward to this morning...I called to settle the dispute and was put through to a nice wee Irish chap, who said well all you ahve to do is pay X would you like to do that. its possible EB but i don't alway's complain
I have on occasions found them a bit helpful but in recent times I find them rather unhelpful and that I am the one normally at fault. Part of the reason I stopped banking with them. But its sorted now so thats the important thing, will be trooping off down to the branch tomorrow to pay the bill and get on with the next hurdle that comes my way LOL
