Down loaded avg tune up ran it now I have lost most of my laptop uses plus most of windows 7 how can I fix it laptop won't connect to wifi as the fn button does not work

I don't understand what you mean by "I have lost most of my laptop uses plus most of windows 7" so it's a bit hard to give any advice on that.

The FN button not working probably means the clean up has removed the hotkey software, you'll need to download that from again from the manufacturers website and install it again. If you'd mentioned the make and model of the laptop then it would have been possible to provide a link to the correct software.
