You certainly have a reduced blood flow to your right leg.
Now the next step is to identify whether the thigh vessel is the offender ( femoral artery) or the one at the back of the knee ( popliteal) or the one at the back of the leg (tibial) or all three.
For this you will need an angiogram.......injection of due into the arteries ( no big deal) to delineate the vessels.
If, one or all are significantly blocked then you will be offered a vein graft OR an autologous arterial graft ( a bit of your own artery.
IF this be the case, don' t worry as about 80% of these grafts will last you 10 years.
Your blood sugar will be checked, you cholesterol and any deviation form the norm will be dealt with.
Unless you are very worried, I wouldn't go privately as 6 weeks seems reasonable ( but not for me).
