I love these types of shows. But I never fail to be amazed at the attitudes of some parents. It makes me sad.

I agree Evianbaby. I got quite depressed, figurately speaking, about the..... ignorance and sheer lack of the correct way to bring up children by these people.

That woman whose young daughter was arrested, saying if she tried to discipline her daughter, the girl said she'd go to Social Services and that now it's the children controlling the parents and not the other way round.

All that, with a stupid grin on her face.

The mentality of these parents beggars belief.

And the little 3yr old boy found wandering the streets missing for more than an hour then he was reported missing when mum was asked how long he had been missing said just about half an hour, how irresponsible some parents
are it was quite a disturbing programme, showed the seedy side of Blackpool as well. The police involved were quite caring and helpful, they do have a lot to cope with in these cases.

What was interesting was that the police seem to be acting as social workers. Probably doing a better job, but is this because of cuts in local authorities. Watching this and Lockup about humberside police certainly shows some of the low life they police have to deal with.

I did, I wanted to shake that 13 year old boy warmly by the throat, am I the only one? Same with that girl and her mother.
These officers have to put up with so much these days its unreal.
