Minicredit Loan Company- Wont give me a receipt for loan repayment

I repaid a loan to an internet loan company today and they are first of all saying a receipt was sent by email. That is not true I have had lots of other emails from them but not a receipt. It is showing on my account page on minicredit that I have repaid the loan and I have printed that out. But I have emailed them twice and they tell me to email the claims department for a receipt this sounds really dodgy. I want to close my account can I do that? But obviously once I get a receipt!! I paid by debit card so my bank will have a record. Any idea how I can get a receipt
