What is this bird?

Could anyone identify this bird for me, please? He's been coming to my garden every day for the last couple of weeks.

He's about the size of a pigeon, has a pure white head and tail, body is grey and he has ruffled feathers around his neck. I've never seen any bird quite like him before.

He is a nice bird, isn't he.

I do wonder if we have his mum or dad too....we have two white doves visit every day. They're really pretty. They even sit in the bird bath together. Bless. ;o)
