G'afternoonEd, I am aware that some folk (including myself) are not happy with your Avatar. In fact one ABer said..."Ed, wot av you dun wiv yer avatar? I'm in 2 minds whether you are whooshing in or standing to one side of a multi-coloured roller-blind".
Personally, I have always preferred the one you had of a 'Book and Gavel'. It was indicative that you were a Judge on all matters within AB. A Gnome is not in keeping with my image of you, which is a fair minded person to be fully respected and Not a garden ornament which is a figure to be disrespected, and open to remarks such as I have made in the past...The Ed's away from Gnome today...Etc, etc.

I now wish to thank everyone who contributed to this thread and await the outcome of the Ed's next meeting with AB's shareholders.
