So can we add our pennorths with more verve and less moaning please? staff included, this is not a kindergarten or asylum. Are your lives too easy and yawnful for eager information exchange?
Who can't say 'yes, i was a little wrong, here's my fresh start'?

Yes, I was a little wrong, here's my fresh start?
I've said I was wrong let's start again too many times on here....time to stand up for meself....and pennorths?? what that mean when it's at home then plugh?
I think Xyzzy means penn'orth, a contraction of penny's worth, although in that context it should have been pennies' worth, as it is plural ('OUR pennorths'). Oooh, dear, I've come over all Spellmaster ;o) (Yes, I CAN be a bit of a spelling nazi, but I tend not to do it on here, as long as I know what someone means)
shybear is correct about the apostrophe sft, and has my name changed yet again? - yes, Google it for details :-)
I'm often wrong and even when I'm sure I'm right, there is always another point of view equally firmly held. Long may it be so; stops us all getting stuck in a rut and never considering things from a variety of perspectives. From today I will try and not make it personal when I disagree with someone.
Yep - me too - although I have been personally insulted by a Visitor, and have felt I must reply, but that aside, I'm going to dip out of the 'personal' stuff - if I can!
Hooray for humility and smarts.
[two hats xyzzy] :-)
Not an assylum? Now you tell me. Will it be okay to still be just a little bit silly?
I like my assylum! ;)
