Modelling from Resin

My girlfriend is starting to do some modelling out of resin. Basically casting clear resin in moulds with different items set into it. Does anyone know where you can buy this kind of stuff?

we went to the garden centre on monday to look at ponds and there were these resin water features, how do they get to be coloured like limestone or slate rather than clear?
