Afternoon all,
Has anyone ever had a go at making this Malaysian dish [or even heard of it lol].
I had it whilst in Malaysia and only found out the name of it this morning after chatting to a Malay guy I work with.
I was wondering if anyone could recommend what easily available rice I could use.The recipe I have says to use beras pulut rice....what even is that? Is jasmine rice easy to get...bit of a rice novice here!

Tony! Really! Here I am trying to be all cultural and that and you suggest Ambrosias best... no class some people!
Looks like Jasmine rice it is then! I can't wait to try to make it... it's a lovely side dish to have with satay with lashings[lol] of peanut sauce, or gravy as the Malay call it!
Many thanks all
