I have entered a 7 mile multi-terrain for the first time. Some of the terrain is hilly,muddy fields,brambley copse etc getting scared now and dont mind admitting it. My road time for this distance is 1 hr and about 15 min so what time can I hope for off road, should I manage to survive!!!!!!
