politicians "come overs" ?

I am not interested in politics but keep seeing Ed Balls on tv/news etc is he wearing a "syrup" I think so but am not 100% sure. Well I have to pass the time whilst OH listens to all these so called promises.

The "comb over" expression was just a joke but I would love to tell Donald Trump how awful his hair style is ! and Arthur Scargill used to carry a lacquer spary in his brief case !!!!!
