cant downlaod a picture
ive been sent some pics via email and when i try to look at them all i get is a blank page with a cross in the top left hand corner, anybody know how i can view them please? many thanks

Was the seder a friend/family or an unknown organisation ? I wonder what the instructions were to reach the file data. Maybe the sender has defined a location on their personal computer that your PC has no access to. If an organisation, their server may be down.

If you can see a small picture, then see what happens if you right hand click your mouse pointer onto it. It may then open a box with 'Save Picture as' and from there you should be able to transfer the image to your Picture Folder. Once it's in your folder you can then do whatever you wish with it; as you would with other saved images. ( Enlarge , Crop, Copy, Print,etc.)

If you are getting error at the time of downloading then there is another way to save your image from the email whose steps are following :
Click on the "view" option next to image or right click the mouse on the image and select "open image in a new tab" option.
Drag the image into new folder and the name to it which you want.
