Thanks methyl for having explained 'Panda'. I thought, from an earlier posting, that nicat was engaging in a conversation with someone named 'Panda'. I should have realised otherwise because av was added to the name.
Anyway, I am happy with free MSE as my virus protection and would never pay £30-£50. for something like Panda. I shouldn't really say it on AB, but I do not suffer with problems which involve Advertisements because I have engaged Adblock.(also free)....It's the flashing adverts which I really dislike and if AB were to stop them, I would disengage my Adblock on the site.
Ron.

Methyl - As you can probably tell I am not very technical and do not understand all of your comments about your problems with this site. I am using windows 7 and I am in the UK. Panda was recommended by my son in law who has lived in the US. The adblocker came from Firefox and since installing it, I have had no problems. I had not realised that you could block them until I read your thread.
