Yes, it is an Elysium ... clever you, DT.

And it's quite a big bit of Roquefort.

Actually, I've got some Cashel Blue ... but it was in the fridge, so too cold to enjoy tonight. It's nice and firn, and creamy, but I still like Roquefort the best. It's just so sharp and salty.
