just up - loads to do today, but like em10, i'm just not feeling up to it.
plus im out ten-pin bowling tonight with a lod of colleagues from work.

ehat i;ll need to do is get everything done this morning and then have a shoet kip this afternoon to re=charge.

i watched 'taken-2' after work last night ... it was very good.

Morning all...back from Tesco...Dee tempted me to get some fresh salmon and am going to try the tinfoil /knob of butter method.for tea..getting some Mand S layered Veg to go with it Dee...sounds good.

A notice on the cooked chickens blames the Gov for big increase in the price....the crafty s@ds have put a full quid on the easy cook chicken breasts though....no excuse there...sneaky Tesco...

commoner if I may ..... add a squeeze of lemon juice [ the bottle variety is fine] and if you have any some chopped parsley or corriander too.
Put some water in the bottom of the pan and this part poaches the fish and the oven does the rest 15 -20 mins depends on the oven.
Hope it turns out a treat.
