anngel, not bad but could be a problem if you were trapped in your car and needed to call for help ... or a towtruck or something - or stopped by a road, so perhaps it could only be functional when the car was moving.
perhaps it could allow 999 calls regardless
Anyone caught holding & using a mobile phone whilst driving should have their car impounded & have to pay a £300 fine to have it released & if they repeat the offence the car should be impounded & crushed.

WR.
anngel, not a bad idea, but only in cars that don't have a hands free kit fitted please.

TWR will provide a link I'm sure.

TWR you said they could buy another phone, but they would loose all their contacts on the original phone.

A built in satnav that limits speed when appropriate.
The technology to stop speeding is already with us. HGVs and coaches use it. You may have noticed coaches only travel at 62mph on motorways. Its called a speed limiter which could if they wish be fitted to cars so that no one travels more than 70mph. Not a vote winner though is it?.
