I phoned Sky and after 18 minutes of holding i got but through, They reset my sky from there but it still didnt work. So i had to phone back and they sent someone out. They installed a new box. Which ment i lost all my recorded programs.
As good as it it it a pain in the rear. Very tempermental.
I love my Sky+, but there is no denying it is flaky.I've had freezes, skips, and regulalrly my drive loses eveything in the planner -
Loads of people have this problem, but Sky won't admit to it for the PR disaster it would be - their software is riddled with bugs, in my opinion.

Sky + is a great product, but in my personal opinion its software is riddled with bugs, which cause your problem, and many others. I swing from loving to loathing mine on a weekly basis!!
